Discussion of: The Emotional Lives of Teenagers; Raising Connected, Capable, and Compassionate Adolescents (Damour).

Single Night Workshop for any parent or caregiver of a teen ages 13+ and/or in Grade 8+ (all genders). This evening will be a distillation / summary of topics and themes covered in the long-form book study class of the same title.  The latest offering from Dr. Lisa Damour (author of Untangled; Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood and co-host of the Ask Lisa Podcast) is a resource to “help parents understand their teenagers’ intense and often fraught emotional lives – and how to support teens through this critical developmental stage.”   Parents and caregivers will learn key themes and takeaways from the book and consider how they apply to our children, our families, and our pockets of community.
