Classes Exclusively for Highlands Elementary Parents

The Highlands PTO is thrilled to be offering Parent Education classes for our families this year. In partnership with Sarah Hardy, MEd and former Highlands parent, the Highlands PTO is offering courses designed to enable our community of parents to learn, connect and grow our children together! Let’s meet and discuss parenting in the time of Covid-19.

Parenting Your Highlands Huskie (Grades K-5) in the Time of Covid-19
Join a community of Highlands parents committed to meeting weekly, receive fact- and research-based parenting wisdom and support during this unprecedented time. Topics may include health & safety, supporting academic learning during Covid, routines and rituals, family solidarity, sibling dynamics, anxiety and perfectionism, social development during physical distancing, & resilience.

Both Hybrid and EVA parent are welcome. Let’s round out the school year together!

When: Six Thursdays, April 8 - May 13, 2021.

Choose from one of two sections:

mornings, 10:30-11:30 am

evenings, 7:00-8:00 pm

Cost:  $90 per person, 10 person minimum/ 20 max per section
